The Stretch and Strengthening Exercises Series
Hi I am Dr. Bruce Whittingham.
Why do we need to stretch? The body is designed to move, but unfortunately because of our posture, the stress we carry, and the injuries we protect for our muscles get very tight. The longer we leave it the tighter they get.
The only way to change this is to stretch and stretch regularly.
We are going to bring Wes onboard and he is going to show us how to do the stretches.
We are going to do lower back, hips, legs, chest, shoulders, neck, all of the stretches you need to get through a busy hectic schedule.
